About our Staff
Aaron Drogoszewski is a highly successful and respected fitness professional based in NYC since 1997. With a Fitness Boxing Certification, Aaron has trained numerous celebrity actors, musicians, and athletes, including Carmello Anthony, Reggie Bush, Brett Favre, Deontay Wilder, and many more. He has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and has appeared on shows like Good Morning America and The Today Show.
Aaron is also a lifelong martial artist and coach, holding a Black Belt in Okinawan Go Ju Ryu, achieving three-time “Fighter of the Night” awards in the NYC Golden Gloves boxing tournament, and having competitive experience in Muay Thai. Additionally, he holds a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His expertise and experience make him a sought-after professional in the fitness and martial arts world.
Hing, NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2006, with over 15 years of experience working with clients ranging from 10 to 86 years old. Specializing in adaptive training styles, enhancing mobility, flexibility, postural alignment, functional movement, and strength performance. As a corrective exercise specialist, Hing devotes extensive hours to research for client improvement. Hing expertise includes body sculpting, bodybuilding, and powerlifting, each tailored to individual needs. Having transformed his own body from a 120lb college freshman to a 160lb condition 45 year old, Hing recognize the uniqueness of each body, exploring diverse programs and methods for continued progress.
Olga Grinyuk is a dedicated fitness professional with extensive experience in group fitness instruction, personal training, and management roles. She has a passion for motivating individuals towards fitness and has presented at numerous international fitness events. Her diverse certifications and experience make her a well-rounded fitness expert ready to help clients achieve their wellness goals.

Mike Hood is a dedicated Fitness Coach with 27 years of experience, specializing in Postural and Corrective Exercise, and possessing a strong background in Nutrition. With 12 years as the top trainer at New York Health and Racquet Club, Mike is passionate about guiding individuals towards achieving their wellness goals. He firmly believes in the holistic nature of a healthy lifestyle, emphasizing mobility, nutrition, rest, and sleep. Mike is dedicated to helping individuals discover their body’s potential through tailored fitness plans, aiming to foster a balanced and happy lifestyle to reduce the risk of future health concerns. His mantra, “Movement is Medicine,” underscores his commitment to transforming lives through a holistic approach encompassing mind, body, and soul. Certified by NASM and holding various other certifications, Mike specializes in working with clients with Parkinson’s disease and has spent 20 years as an independent trainer and fitness coach for private clients.
Certified Personal Trainer specializing in pre-natal fitness, strength and conditioning. With a background as a former weightlifter and powerlifter, I bring a unique perspective to training. Additionally, I am a Pole Dance Instructor, combining strength and grace in my approach. Born in the US while spending part of my childhood in Greece, I offer a diverse understanding of fitness and wellness. Meet Jamie, a devoted and certified personal trainer with over 14 years of experience in the fitness industry. Holding an AFAA certification, Jamie specializes in various areas, including boxing, weight loss, strength training, and serving as a mobility and balance coach.
With a passion for guiding individuals toward self-improvement, Jamie finds fulfillment in witnessing the positive domino effect of achieving small goals, paving the way for tackling larger milestones. Drawing from 15 years of experience as an amateur boxer and a background in sports and fitness training, Jamie sees training as a lifelong discipline that nourishes the soul.

Reggie Chambers offers physical fitness, good health and renewed energy through personal training. Using a progressive and multi-disciplined approach, Reggie knows monotony is a key factor in keeping clients from reaching their goals. He offers diverse workouts that involves boxing, strength-training cardio and change constantly to keep challenging the body.
Functioning as a coach and a wellness consultant, Reggie begins with a thorough assessment of a client’s personal needs and desires, taking into account their fitness level, body weaknesses, age. Plus tips for jump-starting your metabolism every day through movement and nourishment. He is patient, and makes working hard enjoyable as well as challenging for each client to be their best.
Using physical fitness to diffuse daily stress, Reggie creates mini-programs for his clients to do when they are not able to get to the gym. He has been training a wide range of clients, from elite athletes, to beginners to new moms for fifteen years. He is certified in Personal Training, Weight Loss Pre-and Post-Natal, Strength Training, Boxing.
Guychard creates fun and effective training programs for his diverse roster of clients by drawing on his experience as an accomplished and nationally recognized college athlete. With a functional and holistic foundation to his training philosophy Guy will create your individualized wellness program utilizing sound and manageable principles of nutrition, corrective flexibility and training techniques.
Guychard has personally developed in his 20 plus years as a fitness professional. Combining functional movements, resistance training, and techniques drawn directly from the full body workouts used by competitive wrestlers, boxers, martial artists, and track and field athletes,
Guy prepares his programs valuing efficiency, and safety. The focus is always on minimizing risks with an accurate evaluation, and a gradual progression among mechanics, consistency and intensity, enabling you to push yourself at the hardest level in a safe and conscientious way.
Guychard empowers individuals to take personal responsibility for their health by providing the opportunity for all individuals to improve their quality of life through exercise and physical activity. His desire is to bring your body…and mind to levels you never imagined possible.
