OUR FUNCTIONAL FITNESS APPROACH
NYCPT has developed an innovative approach to progressive fitness programs that’s fun and fat burning. Unlike weight training machines, which only target and isolate specific muscles, Functional Training involves weight bearing activities targeted at the core muscles of the abdomen and lower back. This training adapts and develops exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injury. How does it work?
The first step of your next-level transformation begins with a 55-minute intake session. During this intake session, our Personal Trainer will assess and coach you on your movement patterns, health status, and body measurements based on your goals. They will create a personalized, custom plan to achieve the results you want.
