Reggie has been fantastic to work with over the past 6 months. I’ve seen real improvements in my strength, balance, and overall muscle tone. He’s especially thoughtful about my lower back issues, always making sure workouts are safe and effective. Dependable, on time, and easy to work with—highly recommend.
My wife got me set up with Reggie at NYPT as a birthday gift to get me back in shape and he has been a great trainer. Very knowledgeable , puts together a variety of lifting / cardio circuits that are motivating, and convenient , clean facility. All around great trainer. Definitely would recommend Reggie and NYPT!

Hing is an amazing trainer and coach. I was already active, but after two broken bones I needed to add muscle and bone strengthening. Hing personalizes every workout and the results are motivating and empowering. Plus Guy and the whole team are welcoming and the facilities are bright and clean.
I have had a great experience at this gym. Reggie is a real professional who has made a significant improvement to my health and fitness.
