With 12 years as the top trainer at New York Health and Racquet Club, Mike is passionate about guiding individuals towards achieving their wellness goals. He firmly believes in the holistic nature of a healthy lifestyle, emphasizing mobility, nutrition, rest, and sleep. Mike is dedicated to helping individuals discover their body’s potential through tailored fitness plans, aiming to foster a balanced and happy lifestyle to reduce the risk of future health concerns.
