Certified Personal Trainer specializing in pre-natal fitness, strength and conditioning. With a background as a former weightlifter and powerlifter, I bring a unique perspective to training. Additionally, I am a Pole Dance Instructor, combining strength and grace in my approach. Born in the US while spending part of my childhood in Greece, I offer a diverse understanding of fitness and wellness. Pilates Reformer is a full-body workout that combines controlled movement, resistance, and breathwork to build strength, flexibility, and core stability. Originally developed by Joseph Pilates for rehabilitation and performance enhancement, the Reformer machine uses a system of springs and pulleys to provide adjustable resistance for precise, low-impact training.
