HABITS-BASED APPROACH

Our habits-based approach focuses on the daily opportunities of the four pillars of health (sleep, stress, nutrition, movement), improving where we can to optimize results.

MONTHLY CHECK-INS

Using our NYCPT app we track biomarkers such as muscle mass, body fat, strength, endurance and other various metrics to assess your progress.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The first step of your next-level transformation begins with a 55-minute intake session. During this intake session, our Personal Trainer will assess and coach you on your movement patterns, health status, and body measurements based on your goals. They will create a personalized, custom plan to achieve the results you want.

GOAL SETTING

While focusing on your journey we take all details into account. Together we discuss your current training program, nutrition plan, sleep habits, physical and mental stressors and main fitness goals to understand where we are and where we want to go.

PERSONALIZED PLAN

By measuring your progress – we use various biomarkers such as our Inbody 570 Body Composition Analyzer, movement patterns and energy systems metrics – your personal trainer creates a custom plan and timeline to achieve long-term sustainable results.
